The meeting place for the future of sustainable maintenance

Welcome to the international EuroMaintenance congress — an excellent opportunity to learn, explore, and network within the field of maintenance. Discover key challenges, emerging trends, and best practices, and take home new ideas and connections from across the world.

The European Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFNMS) is proud to announce that EuroMaintenance 2026 — Europe’s leading congress for maintenance, asset management, and industrial innovation — will take place in Luleå, Sweden, from June 23 to 25, 2026.

Following an official agreement between EFNMS, the Swedish Maintenance Society (SVUH), and Luleå University of Technology (LTU), the torch has now been passed to Sweden.

Who is hosting EuroMaintenance 2026?

The 2026 edition of EuroMaintenance is being arranged, with the support of EFNMS, by the Division of Operation and Maintenance Engineering at Luleå University of Technology in collaboration with the Swedish Maintenance Society (Svenskt underhåll).

Operations and Maintenance Engineering at Luleå University of Technology is a pioneering, interdisciplinary field established in 2001. Over the past two decades, the division has built a strong international reputation for advancing condition monitoring, predictive technologies, and big data analytics to ensure reliable and sustainable performance in industry.

Their research environment is supported by specialized facilities, including two eMaintenance labs and a condition-based maintenance lab, where new methods and tools are developed and tested together with partners from industry.
